Tasks and functions of the Advisory Board

The Advisory Board of the ITM Group is an independent body that currently has five members. The Advisory Board is made up of experienced individuals from a variety of backgrounds and contributes expertise from business, science and technology.

The Advisory Board's activities focus on advising and supporting the ITM Group in strategic decisions, supporting innovation projects and promoting topics that drive technological progress and the further development of the company's orientation.

The members of the Advisory Board

Markus Lammerding

Managing Director of the ITM Group. Together with his business partners and a team of around 70 qualified specialists, he offers specialized services for business customers.

Hans-Erich Bilges

Communications and management consultant. He worked for many years as editor-in-chief of well-known publishing houses and newspapers. Among others for the publishing house Gruner + Jahr and the BILD newspaper. Consultant career together with Hans Dietrich Genscher, Professor Roland Berger and Professor Dieter Stolte.

Christian Nienhaus

Publishing and media manager. Former managing director at Gruner + Jahr publishing house, managing director of Süddeutsche Zeitung GmbH and publishing director at the BILD newspaper group. Head of the WAZ media group (now Funke Mediengruppe) for many years.

Rüdiger Oppers

Journalist. Former ARD spokesman, editor-in-chief of the Neue Ruhr / Neue Rhein Zeitung (Funke Mediengruppe) and head of communications at Evonik Industries AG.

Professor Dr. Rupert Scholz

Former Federal Minister of Defense, Senator in Berlin and member of the German Bundestag. Professor of constitutional and administrative law at the University of Munich for many years.

Michael Butz

Lawyer and management consultant. Former press spokesman for the Federal Ministry of the Interior under Minister Friedrich Zimmermann and State Secretary to Berlin Mayor Eberhard Diepgen.
