All your applications and services run on servers in our data centers. You can access them by logging into a web interface. Software no longer needs to be installed locally on computers or your own server.
You can use your Manged Desktop independently, regardless of which device you are working with (e.g. laptop, PC, tablet) or where you happen to be. All you need is an Internet connection.
Service & support included.
For example, we create new users, set authorizations and install updates. We also install all your applications at no extra cost and you can access a helpdesk at any time, 24/7 if you wish.
You therefore do not need your own IT department for the IT infrastructure to use our Managed Desktop. Your internal IT staff can therefore take care of other important tasks - such as digitalization projects or IT-supported process optimization.
You don't need another IT employee, just a more effective IT system.
Your Managed Desktop is supplemented by your Managed Server, e.g. for your database servers and data storage. Choose between our different products. These differ in terms of performance - you can choose according to your needs.
