The komba gewerkschaft nrw is the trade union for employees in the public sector of municipalities, the federal states and privatized service companies. The komba gewerkschaft nrw approached us with interest in our large-scale social media concept. As part of this project, we are further developing the social media presence of the komba gewerkschaft nrw and also providing support for the channels of the komba gewerkschaft bund. At the beginning, a clear platform concept was created, which included the implementation of a central administration of the departments via an account and the adaptation of authorization management. In this process, accounts were decommissioned and new ones created, for which the corresponding authorizations were distributed. The services included strategic planning and target setting through market, target group and content analyses, as well as the implementation of a social media audit, a content strategy, content creation, content planning and further analyses to improve performance.

A particular focus was placed on improving community management by developing specific social media guidelines and expanding the network by researching and defining various multiplier cooperations.
