TeamViewer is a desktop-sharing software for remote maintenance that allows us to connect live to your system and take control of it when an Internet connection is available. By taking a close look at the problem, it is often possible to quickly assess whether a visit from one of our service technicians is necessary or whether they can remove the stumbling blocks in the course of remote maintenance.

To install TeamViewer, download the appropriate client for your operating system (Windows or Mac OS 10) by clicking on the corresponding icon. Then open the downloaded installation file. If you are on the phone with our helpdesk staff, please follow their instructions to establish a connection. We will then be able to visit you on site and in most cases find a solution.
